How The Custom Home Plan Service Works |
The Plans features are as follows : |

We will communicate via email or phone. I will send progress sets in a pdf or jpeg format for review. Once the final design is approved. We will proceed with final Construction documents. And once The Construction Documents are approved. We will ship One Xerox copy set of the New home plans to the Owner. We ship via Regular U.S. postal service, U. S. Priority Mail Postal Service, and Ups Next Day Air.

One Xerox Copy Set of the Project. You are authorized to as many copies as needed to build one home. Kinkos and other reprographic companies in your area will be more than happy to help You make copies of the plans at their store.
